This privacy policy refers specifically to our website, for which we, the research team of the FAITH study and the Department of Clinical Research (DKF), have registered the domain faithtrial.ch.

 

The processing of personal data always takes place in compliance with the Information and Data Protection Act of the Canton of Basel-Stadt (IDG) and, if applicable, also the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG).

 

In addition, we comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, in this case, provide the relevant legal basis in accordance with Art. 13 (1) (c) GDPR.
